A.P. Moller - Maersk and Hapag-Lloyd have announced that four more Gemini Cooperation services will return to the Red Sea/Suez Canal route, replacing Cape of Good Hope diversions.
The AE5, AE11, AE12 and ME2 services join AE15 and AE19 in using Suez. The first westbound changes begin on 19 September, with further sailings switching progressively thereafter.
Hapag-Lloyd says the decision followed a fresh assessment of Red Sea security.
