OneLearn Global announces strategic partnership with RadiantFleet to streamline crew training and certification tracking

Leading eLearning service provider OneLearn Global (OLG) has confirmed its commitment to innovation and reshaping the future of crew training through digitalisation with its most recent partnership with strategic crew management platform RadiantFleet.

The partnership will see the two companies join forces to enable real-time synchronisation of crew data, training records, and certifications between the RadiantFleet platform and OLG’s learning management system. The integration eliminates manual data handling and ensures accurate, up-to-date records for shipping companies worldwide.

The collaboration brings together OLG’s maritime training platform with its suite of eLearning resources and RadiantFleet’s strategic crew management solution, which streamlines key HR, operational, and payroll workflows for shipping companies, enabling data-driven efficiencies across global fleets. Through combining their respective platforms they will provide a broad, more efficient and fully digitalised solution to crew training.

“This integration is an important step towards operational efficiency and digital transparency in maritime training,” said Marinos Kokkinis (pictured), CEO of OneLearn Global. “By linking our platforms, we’re enabling our clients to manage learning and compliance seamlessly from one ecosystem.

“Good quality and consistent training are crucial in ensuring career progression for crew members. By streamlining the processes and removing timely manual updates, we are proving companies with the tools to ensure progression is available for every crew member, with their training journeys all accessible in one place.”

OLG, member of OneCare Group, continues to expand its suite of digital learning solutions, supporting shipping companies and crews worldwide. Its broad offering of online courses stretches across technical operations as well as health and wellbeing.

Sofoklis Papasofokli, CEO at RadiantFleet, commented: “We believe that crew performance is not only about being in the right place at the right time, it’s about being digitally empowered, trained, and connected. Our integration with OneLearn Global is a major step forward in combining operational and learning platforms.”

The integrated tool is now available for crew members, with implementation support and resources provided through their dedicated teams.

This collaboration reflects both organisations’ commitment to advancing digital innovation across the maritime industry whilst empowering clients to strengthen crew performance, compliance and wellbeing.
