OneLearn Global partners with Zhejiang Seaport Group to deliver advanced digital training solutions

OneLearn Global (OLG), recognised for delivering a modern, digital‑first eLearning ecosystem that provides engaging, intuitive, and on‑demand training for today’s workforce, is supporting one of China’s largest port and logistics operators, Zhejiang Seaport Financial Leasing Co., Limited (ZSFL), in strengthening its commitment to operational excellence, training, and compliance.

A member of the OneCare Group, OneLearn Global has entered a strategic partnership with Zhejiang Seaport Financial Leasing Co., Limited, a wholly state‑owned financial leasing company under the Zhejiang Provincial Seaport Investment & Operation Group. Over the coming months, OLG will introduce its digital Learning Experience Platform (LXP) across ZSFL’s entire office workforce.

Under the agreement, signed on 21 April during Singapore Maritime Week 2026, OneLearn Global will deliver a comprehensive suite of services designed to enhance workforce training, compliance, and operational performance. This includes the development of a customised Ship Finance program tailored specifically for ZSFL staff.

All ZSFL employees will gain access to an extensive eLearning library covering compliance, technical, and soft‑skills training, as well as competence management tools supported by advanced reporting dashboards. They will also benefit from user and content management services, onboarding and training configuration, ongoing technical and customer support, and access to additional modules and system integrations.

This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to elevating safety, efficiency, and professional development across maritime operations and ship financial leasing through innovative digital solutions.

Marinos Kokkinis (pictured, right), CEO of OneCare Group, said: "We are pleased to partner with Zhejiang Seaport Group, a highly respected leader in port operations. This agreement represents an important step in expanding access to high‑quality digital training solutions for maritime professionals, supporting both operational excellence and regulatory compliance.”

Chen Jun (left), Chairman and General Manager at ZSFL added: “We are committed to continuously enhancing the skills and capabilities of our workforce. Partnering with OneLearn Global enables us to adopt advanced digital training solutions that support the professional development of ship financial leasing teams, while strengthening safety standards and operational efficiency across our operations.”

More broadly, the partnership is expected to support the ongoing development of shore‑based teams, ensuring they remain equipped with the skills and competencies required in an increasingly complex and highly regulated industry.

OneCare Group was the top Scale-up winner and recipient of the Digitalisation Prize thematic award for PIER71’s Smart Port Challenge 2025, jointly organised by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore and National University of Singapore Enterprise.
