IRClass Systems and Solutions Pvt Ltd (ISSPL) strengthens cybersecurity portfolio with strategic stake in eProtect 360

IRClass Systems and Solutions Pvt Ltd (ISSPL), a leading provider of assurance, inspection, certification and testing, has announced a significant step in its diversification journey with the acquisition of a 40% stake in eProtect 360 Solutions Pvt Ltd (eProtect 360), a global leader in cybersecurity resilience and managed security services.
 


This strategic partnership marks ISSPL’s foray into advanced cybersecurity resilience, managed security services, GRC 360 Assure tools, and Anti-Ransomware solutions. eProtect 360 has a strong global footprint across South America, North America, Asia, Africa, Europe, and Australia, with proven expertise across industries including banking and financial services, technology and media, software, oil & gas, aviation, AI, e-commerce, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing.
 


The agreement was formally signed at the ISSPL Head Office, Mumbai, in the presence of: Mr. Vinay S. Kshirsagar, Managing Director, ISSPL; Mr. Shashi Nath Mishra, Chief Operating Officer, ISSPL; Mr. Kunal K. Panchamia, Director and Founder, eProtect 360; and Mr. Deepak K Patel, CFO, ISSPL
