Elaborate Communications, a leading maritime public relations and publishing specialist, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Xinde Marine, China’s foremost maritime media and communications group, during London International Shipping Week.
The agreement marks a new chapter of collaboration aimed at building stronger connections between the East and West, benefiting both organisations and the wider maritime community.
