Fleet Management strengthens Board with promotion of five executives

Fleet Management Limited announces the promotion of five executives who will help steward and guide the strategic growth of Fleet Management. This strengthened leadership structure reflects the company’s continued focus on operational excellence, safety and long-term value for clients and stakeholders.

“These promotions reflect the performance, commitment and leadership our colleagues have demonstrated over many years,” said Dr Harry Banga, Founder and Executive Chairman of The Caravel Group and Fleet Management Limited. “I am proud of what they have achieved, both individually and as a team, and I am confident that their leadership will position Fleet Management strongly for the future.”

Effective 1 March 2026, Jagjit Singh (Executive Director, Tankers), Rajesh Kumar (Executive Director, Dry Bulk), Pankaj Singhal (Executive Director, Containers), Mike Bradshaw (Executive Director, Commercial) and Tony Reynolds (Caravel Group Director, Human Resources) will commence their Board positions.

They join The Caravel Group’s Executive Chairman, Dr Harry Banga; Group CEO, Mr Angad Banga JP; Fleet Management’s CEO, Capt. Raja Subramaniam; Executive Director of the Personnel Division, Capt. Soma Nair; and Managing Director Emeritus, Dr Kishore Rajvanshy, on the expanded Board. Together, they bring deep operational and commercial expertise that will continue to strengthen Fleet Management’s service to its clients.

In addition to the Board appointments, Fleet has promoted three colleagues to Product Director: Sathya Mandravana (QHSE), Ajit Natu (Tanker Operations) and Rana Ranvijay Singh (Dry Operations). These appointments reflect Fleet’s belief that its people are its greatest asset and reinforce the leadership structure that supports consistent processes, strong frontline operations and high performance across the fleet.
